Delivery  Policy

Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/stores or offices in various locations in India.

Our goal is to deliver your item within 7-10 business days of receiving your order and payment, depending on your shipping address.

Orders are normally delivered by our staff, external courier or logistics companies, or postal services between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm Monday to Saturday.

Goods must be signed upon delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items signed by a person other than the person who ordered the product at the address provided in the order. As the transaction is authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible if the address provided when ordering is incorrect.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.

All claims for defects or damage must be reported to customer service via the webshop contact page on the day of delivery. In addition, the aforementioned defects in the goods must be highlighted and signed on a copy of the proof of delivery and returned to the courier.

If your order hasn't been delivered but your tracker shows 'delivered', please mark this within 24 hours. Otherwise the request cannot be processed.
