REPLACEMENT POLICY
Product exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:
The customer may exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and have the replacement unit shipped to the customer. If the customer determines that the product is defective or physically damaged within 24 hours of receiving the product, it can be exchanged.
If the customer determines that the delivered product is not functioning properly within 7 days of the delivery date, it can be replaced with a new pack unit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our website support team. However, once a TEMPT team member has checked and confirmed this on their site, the request will be granted. This is normally reported to the customer within 24 hours after the product is received by TEMPT.
If you believe that the product you received does not match what is described on his website or specifications, you must report it to our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team will make an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint. In the event of a replacement, the entire product packaging, with the product and its accessories intact, will be collected by the courier service contracted by us. Goods will not be exchanged in the following cases:
Customers are not satisfied with perfect product visual/sound quality. Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Electrical surge or user damage.
Please note that we do not offer any returns or refunds. However, the customer may exchange the product unit received and he may receive the replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
